Group at the starting point
Come join us every Saturday morning at 10:30a.m. We meet just north of the Huntington Beach Pier at the amphitheater and skate approximately 16 miles round trip.  The pace is nice and easy and all ages and levels are welcome.  We make several rest stops at various points to let everyone catch up.  If you miss us at the beginning, just skate south on the beach path, we retrace the route back, so we'll eventually meet.  We highly recommend that you wear all protective gear - at least wristguards and a helmet.  Afterwards you can join us for lunch in or around downtown Huntington Beach.

Click here for a map to the Pier.  If you need to rent skates, click here for more info.

Parking - There is a parking lot next to the pier, cost is about $9.00 per day.  Free parking can be found a few blocks away, up any street from 6th to 17th, where there are no meters.

You can also park for free along the route.  A great spot is north of PCH on Magnolia, about a mile up on the left.  You'll see a grassy area, and you can park right in front of it, and skate down to the beach.

Another option is to purchase either a Huntington Beach City pass ($124) or a California State Park pass (now $125).  The Huntington Beach City pass is valid until December 31st of the year purchased and is good in the beach parking lots from the pier to Beach Blvd.  The State pass is good for 12 months, and is valid from Beach Blvd. to the Newport jetties, as well as all California State Parks, and is transferable to any car.  Purchase the City pass the lifeguard headquarters at PCH and 1st Street, and the State pass at PCH and Magnolia.
