Sunny skies and a friendly wind again greeted us for our roll.   This week saw a
couple of minor spills, but thankfully nothing major.   A gal on the Friday night Santa Monica roll was hit by a car on their skate, and we are happy to report that she's okay, aside from
a few bruises.  We'd like to remind people that we do share the road with others, so
please be on the defensive out there!

Welcome to the new Rollers, including Hadar, who came on a bike.  Remember, this
is a Fun ROLL, so if you have friends that would like to attend, but don't skate, bring
them along on a bike! 

BTW, if anyone is interested in having a potluck beach BBQ to end the summer, please
